Full-Time Crew
Leader
$30–$45/hour
(based on experience and performance)
We're looking for an experienced Crew Leader with a minimum of 6 years of framing/carpentry experience. You should be confident reading blueprints, building roof systems, installing stairs, managing crews, and maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience
Leadership and organizational skills
Hand tools, pouch, and PPE
Reliable transportation to Calgary-area job sites
Benefits may be available after a successful 3-month probation period. Square footage bonuses are offered for quality and timely work.
Full-Time Experienced Carpenters & Apprentices
$25–$33/hour
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and be comfortable laying out and building walls, sheeting floors, following direction, and working as part of a team.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience
Hand tools, pouch, and PPE
Reliable transportation
Apprentices will receive Blue Book hours and have opportunities for advancement.
Full-Time Framing Labourer
$18–$25/hour
No experience necessary. We're looking for hardworking individuals who enjoy physical work, want to learn, and are interested in building a career in construction.
Requirements:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Hand tools, pouch, and PPE (steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses)
Reliable transportation
